This well-paced, highly interactive all-staff event moves through various discussion points on tables, eliciting ideas for positive, constructive ways of working within the organisation. Using the online tool Slido, attendees use their mobile phones to contribute ideas, which then become visible in real time on the big screen. I capture all the ideas and feed them back to the event’s organisers for taking forward after the event.
